Merchandise Planners - Responsible for the planning, financial control and quantification of a balanced range of merchandise, which satisfies store and customer expectations, and meets overall budgeted profit forecasts of the business. Visual Merchandiser - The Coordinator for the store appearance and image and to implement and maintain the company's display direction to ensure a consistent and distinguishable approach. The primary responsibility of the position will be to oversee the visual merchandising for the company's retail store operations including windows, in store displays, posters, ticketing and training. The position often has interstate travel. Area/Regional Manager - To ensure that all stores within the region are operating at the optimum level of efficiency and producing a result indicative of the company standard of sales achievement, wages, stocktake results and customer service through effective people management, monitoring performance and providing solution seeking ideas. Store Manager - To achieve maximum sales and profit for the store, to meet wage and shrinkage targets, to have accountability for store performance and presentation and to build and maintain a strong sales team through effective performance management and training. National Retail Manager - To lead and support store teams to achieve sales and profit targets, wages and stocktake results through effective people management, monitoring performance and providing solution seeking ideas. To grow the retail distribution for the company, to build a strong market presence for the brand through the retail stores and to achieve or exceed sales targets for the channel. GM Retail - To maximise profitable retail sales for the Company, by providing leadership necessary to deliver excellence in customer service, people management, visual presentation of stores & merchandise, and effective management of stock and expenses. |
